Our business is tucked away in Mhyn House at 150 Ghoghari Mohalla in Pydhonie. If you have ever been to Pydhonie, you know how packed the streets are. It is one of those old Mumbai neighborhoods where every building has a story. We have been operating out of here for a long time. The space is tight, and we have boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling. It is a different world compared to the big new industrial parks. Here, everything is about the neighborhood and the people we have known for decades. We deal with various industrial goods and parts. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who walk in or handling phone calls from people looking for specific items. It can get pretty chaotic when the deliveries arrive and we have to find space on the sidewalk to unload everything. The fans overhead just move the warm air around, but we are used to it. We know the tea seller on the corner and the other shopkeepers nearby. It is a community. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website team. We just know our inventory and we try to help people find what they need for their projects. It is a simple way of doing business that hasn't changed much over the years. We just keep the records in our books and stay busy.
