Xl Strength Training Studio

XL Strength Training Studio is situated at Shop No 1, 2, and 3 on Lamington Road. This part of Mumbai, near Grant Road and the old Minerva Cinema, is always incredibly busy with cars and people. Our studio is right across from the Park Shilton Hotel, so it’s easy to spot if you are walking by. Inside, the vibe is quite different from the noisy street outside. We have dedicated the space to strength training, so there are plenty of heavy bars and plates around. The floor is covered in rubber mats to handle the weight, and the walls have a few scuffs from all the activity. It’s a ground-floor setup, which is nice because you don't have to deal with elevators. We spend our time coaching people on how to lift and making sure they don’t hurt themselves. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the focus is on the work being done. The lights stay on late because this area doesn't really sleep. We see everyone from office workers to local residents who have been in the neighborhood for years. It isn't a huge place, but we made use of every bit of space in the three shops we occupy. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few groups are training at the same time, but we manage. It’s just a spot on a famous road where people come to get stronger.
