Our place is in the United Industrial Estate, which is on Mogal Lane in Mumbai. We are up on the third floor, unit 302. The building is on Pandit Satavalekar Marg. Being in an industrial estate means it’s a very different vibe from a regular office building. There is always the sound of machinery or people moving crates in the background. It’s a hardworking kind of place. The hallways are wide and the ceilings are high. Inside our office, it’s a bit more contained. We have our workspace set up with everything we need for the enterprises we run. It’s not decorated much, just some calendars on the wall and plenty of storage for our files. The lift is one of those big industrial ones that moves slowly but can carry a lot. We usually head down to the local stalls for lunch since there are plenty of good options on Mogal Lane. It gets very busy around here during shift changes. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine is pretty set. We show up, deal with whatever is on the agenda, and try to keep things moving. It’s a practical spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city easily. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we get things done. It’s a solid, no-nonsense environment for us.
