We are located at W-239 in the Rabale MIDC area, which is part of the TTC Industrial Area. It is a big industrial zone, so it is mostly warehouses and factories all around us. Xcellance Medical Technologies Private Limited is our name, and we spend our days dealing with all sorts of medical tech stuff. The building is just a standard industrial block. It has got a lot of room for testing things and storing equipment. Rabale is a bit out of the way for some people, but it is perfect for the kind of heavy-duty work we do. We don't have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in when they knock. We are often very busy with technical details and making sure everything meets the right standards. The air out here can be a bit dusty because of all the construction and the constant stream of trucks, but we try to keep the office area clean. We have got a small break area where we eat our lunch and talk about things that aren't work. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use a lot of big words or have long corporate meetings that go nowhere. We just get the daily tasks done. Some of us have been working here since the very start, and we have seen the whole area change quite a bit over the years. It is a hardworking place. We focus on the technology and the machines we handle. It is practical, honest work and we do not feel the need to dress it up for anyone.
