We are located at 601 in the Muttal CHS building. It’s right by the Vakola Bridge on Shivaji Maharaj Marg. If you know the area, you know how loud it can get with the traffic coming off the bridge. We’ve gotten used to the constant hum of cars and bikes going past. The building is one of those older cooperative housing societies, so it has a lot of character, and maybe a few leaks when the monsoon hits hard. We occupy a space on the sixth floor. It’s not a huge office, just enough room for the desks and the equipment we need to get through the day. The CTS numbers for the plot are 3867 to 3870, which sounds complicated but it's just a standard plot near the bridge. We’ve been based in Vakola for a while now. It’s a busy part of the city, and being near the bridge means we are always in the thick of things. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few fans that rattle a bit and a lot of shelving for all our documents. There isn’t much in the way of decoration, just some old calendars on the walls. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs during our mid-morning break. It’s a functional space where we show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home through the same Vakola traffic. It’s a real place for real work.
