Sanghi Organization

Our office is over at Turf View in Worli, right on Seth Motilal G Sanghi Marg. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history, and Sanghi Organization has been a part of it for quite some time. From the windows, you can sometimes see the movement around the racecourse, but usually, we are too busy with what’s on our desks. We handle a variety of things here, mostly related to the automotive side and some other ventures. It’s not one of those modern, minimalist offices; it feels more lived-in and functional. There are stacks of files and old photos on the walls. We have a lot of long-time staff who remember how things were done thirty years ago. The pace in Mumbai is always quick, and being in Worli means we are right in the thick of it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in small meetings trying to keep everything running smoothly across our different departments. It’s a lot of logistical work and making sure the day-to-day operations don’t hit any snags. We don't really go for big advertisements or shouting about what we do. People in the industry know where we are. We just show up every morning, deal with the traffic on the way in, and get to work on whatever needs doing.
