Gee Plywood

Gee Plywood is located over at Worli Naka, specifically in Kalsekar Compound at shop numbers 3 and 4. It’s 387-A on G. K. Marg. The compound is always busy with people moving stuff back and forth. We have stacks of wood reaching almost to the ceiling. It smells like sawdust and fresh timber inside, which I’ve grown to like over the years. We aren’t a giant showroom with bright lights. It’s a practical space where we keep our stock and talk to people who need wood for their homes or shops. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once. We just tell them to wait a minute while we finish up. The traffic outside at the Naka can be a real headache, especially in the evenings. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first opened. A lot of new buildings have gone up. But our little shops, three and four, stay pretty much the same. We handle the plywood, load the trucks, and keep our books. It’s simple work. We don’t have a website with fancy photos. If you want to see what we have, you just come down and look at the sheets yourself. We prefer doing things that way, face to face. It’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work fine for us.
