We are located on LBS Marg in Mumbai, which is a road that stays busy pretty much all day and night. Our office is 502/B in the Riddhi Siddhi Apartment. It’s right next to the S Ward office and near the Mangatram petrol pump, so it’s easy to give directions to people. We manage tankers, which is a specific kind of work that involves a lot of technical details and monitoring. It is not always easy, but we have a small team here that knows what they are doing. The office is a practical space where we keep track of where the vessels are and what needs to be done for them. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. Being near the petrol pump and the ward office means there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. We are used to the noise. Most of our work is done over the phone or via email, making sure the tankers are being managed properly. Sometimes we have to deal with unexpected issues in the middle of the night because the shipping world doesn't sleep. We just handle it as it comes. It’s an honest living and we take the work seriously without making it sound more complicated than it is. It's about getting the ships managed and keeping things moving along the coast or across the ocean.
