World Networking Services

World Networking Services is basically run out of our place in Mayur Apts. We are up on the seventh floor, flat 704, in Kopar Khairane. It’s a quiet residential area, so it’s not like a big commercial building with a sign outside. We started this because we knew a lot about networking and wanted to do our own thing. Being in Navi Mumbai is nice, though the commute can be long for some of our guys. We handle service calls and manage everything from a few computers in the spare room. It gets a bit cramped when we have extra routers and equipment lying around. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we're doing with all those cables. We aren't a big company with a human resources department. It's just us handling the daily technical stuff. If the internet goes down, we're the ones fixing it. We don't use fancy jargon or marketing talk. We just tell people what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. Usually, we're out on-site more than we're in the apartment anyway. Lunch is usually whatever we can grab nearby or something brought from home. We've been at this for a bit now and it keeps us busy. Having the office at home means we're always working, but that's how it goes when you run your own service. It’s practical and it keeps our costs down. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
