Worksphere

You can find us in Mulund West, tucked away in units 407 and 414. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the trains if it’s quiet enough. The office is pretty standard—lots of desks, some partitions, and a small area where we keep the kettle and the biscuits. We spend most of our hours here, clicking away or talking to people on the phone. It’s a practical space. We haven't spent much on decorations because we’re usually too busy to look at them anyway. There’s a mix of people working here at Worksphere, some who have been with us since the start and some new faces. We don't have big weekly meetings with PowerPoint slides. Usually, we just talk across the office or meet by the water cooler to figure things out. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often end up waiting in the lobby chatting with the neighbors. It’s a decent place to work. We focus on getting the tasks done and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s not a flashy tech startup or anything like that. It’s just a regular office in Mulund where we put in the hours and try to keep things organized. We like the routine of it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
