Our office is over at Y-4, 301 Marble Arch in Shastri Nagar. That’s in Andheri West, so it’s a pretty lively part of Mumbai. There is always something happening outside on the streets. We are up on the third floor of the building. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—a bit tight but we make it work. We handle various tasks related to the business from here. Most of the time, we’re on the phone or working on the computer. It’s not a shop where you walk in and buy things; it’s more of an administrative hub for our operations. The traffic in Andheri is pretty bad, so we’re used to the noise of horns and cars all day long. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and eat lunch together. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and charts. It’s a straightforward place to work. We’ve been here for a while and the location is convenient for most of us to get to by train or bus. We don’t really do much marketing. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure everything is recorded properly in the system. It’s a busy life in Mumbai, and we’re just part of the crowd, getting things done. We try to leave on time because the trains get so crowded in the evening rush.
