With The Organisation

We go by the name With The Organisation and we sit in Malad West, right across from that Shakti Ford showroom. Our address is 504, Block I/A, Ahimsa Dham, Off Link Road, Malad W, Mumbai-400 064, India. If you know the Link Road area, you know it’s always crowded and loud. Our office is a bit of a climb, but it’s okay once you’re inside. We do various bits of work here, mostly administrative stuff that keeps us busy from nine until the evening. It’s a standard Mumbai office setup. We’ve got some old chairs and a few computers that have definitely seen better days. The view out the window is just more buildings and the constant traffic below. We drink a lot of chai to get through the afternoon slump. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of people. It’s just a small group of us trying to stay on top of the pile of work on our desks. We handle emails, phone calls, and whatever else the day throws at us. Being in Malad is convenient because there are plenty of places to eat lunch nearby. We don’t have any big speeches to make about our goals. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home on the train like everyone else. It’s a busy life but we're used to it.
