We are based in Room No 19 at the 233/M building in Tawripada, Mumbai. It’s a small office, but we manage to get a lot of work done in this space. Being in Mumbai means everything is fast-paced and a bit crowded, and our office is no exception. We handle logistics and shipping coordination from here. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls throughout the day. The building itself is quite old and has that classic Mumbai feel to it. Outside, the streets are always full of people and noise. Inside, we just have our desks and a few files stacked up. We don't have a reception desk or any fancy waiting area. People just come in, do their business, and leave. We’ve been in Tawripada for quite a while, so we’re used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The heat can be a bit much in the middle of the day, but we just keep working through it. We aren't into big corporate speeches. We just talk to our customers like regular people. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or the heavy traffic, and we just have to be patient. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a very busy city. We just do our best to keep everything on track every single day.
