You can find us at the Jai Santoshi Chawl in Ramwadi, right along the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli area of Mumbai. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the traffic on the link road is something we deal with every single day. Our office is located within the chawl, which gives it a very grounded and local feel. It’s not a high-rise glass building; it’s a simple room where we manage some pretty big logistics operations. There’s always the sound of vehicles passing by and the general hum of Mumbai life outside our door. We spend a lot of our time on the phones, coordinating with drivers and warehouses across the country. The space is a bit small, so we have folders and ledger books stacked up wherever they can fit. We usually have a fan humming in the corner to keep the air moving. Our team is small, and we all know each other well, which makes the long hours more manageable. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the manifests, especially when there’s a lot of cargo moving through. We don’t bother with any polished marketing talk or fancy titles. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is in order before we head home. It’s a tough, busy environment, but it’s where we’ve been operating for a long time, and we’re used to the pace of this neighborhood.
