We are tucked away in the Marigold Apartment building, which is right behind the Mangatram Petrol Pump in Bhandup West. If you’ve ever driven down LBS Marg, you’ve probably passed right by us without noticing. Being behind a petrol pump means it’s always busy with cars and rickshaws nearby. Our office is on the first floor, and it’s a pretty basic setup for a logistics company. We handle a lot of freight and shipping coordination from here. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of printers going and people talking over the phone to transporters. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic on the main road, but that’s Bhandup for you. We have a small group of people who have been with the company for a long time, so we all know how to handle the usual problems that come up with shipping. It’s not a place with fancy coffee machines or lounge areas; we just have our desks and our files. Sometimes the rain makes it hard for people to get to the office, but we usually stay open regardless. We just try to keep the cargo moving and the customers informed about where their stuff is. It’s honest work, and we don’t feel the need to dress it up with big words or shiny posters. We just come in, do the job, and head home.
