Western Rubber India Pvt. Ltd. is located at C-12/13 in the Singh Industrial Estate No.1 in Goregaon (West). If you’ve ever been to this part of Goregaon, you know it’s a hub of activity. Our unit is always busy with the smell of rubber and the sound of machines pressing parts. We have been here for a good while, and the estate has changed a lot around us. We still do things the way we always have, focusing on the work at hand. The floors are a bit stained and the walls have seen better days, but that’s because we actually work here. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our space is taken up by raw materials and finished goods waiting to be shipped out. The team is small but they know their stuff. We don’t really go in for marketing or polished presentations. If someone needs rubber parts, they come to us and we tell them what we can do. It’s a very practical way of running a business. Traffic in Goregaon West can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to wrap things up and get the trucks out early. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job. We don’t make a fuss about it. We’re just here in Singh Estate, doing our thing day after day. It gets noisy and the air can be heavy, but we are used to it by now.
