Our place, Western Industrial Application Pvt. Ltd., is over in Chandivli. We are in the Obroi Garden Estates, specifically in units B-3081/82. It is right next to the old Chandivli Studio, which most people around here know pretty well. Andheri East is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. We deal with industrial applications, so our office often has parts and paperwork scattered around. It is an honest working environment. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy reception desk. Usually, one of us just answers the phone and handles whatever comes up. The estate itself is quite big, and it can be a bit of a puzzle to find the right unit if you haven't been here before. We like the neighborhood though. There are some decent places to grab lunch nearby. We’ve been here for years, and most of our staff knows the regulars in the building. Sometimes the elevators are slow, and the monsoon makes the roads a bit messy, but that is just part of being in this area. We focus on getting our work done without making a lot of noise about it. It is a straightforward business, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and make sure the orders get processed correctly every day.
