We’ve been here at Hanuman Nagar on Akurli Road for quite a while now. The name Western Bakeries Jeddah Saudi Arabai might sound a bit fancy or like we are far away, but really, we are just tucked into Lockamanya Chawl Commetti here in Kandivali East. It’s a busy spot. We mostly handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a bakery business that has roots elsewhere. People often ask about the name since we are right here in Mumbai, and it's just how the business started up. The shop is small and sometimes things get a bit crowded when the deliveries come in. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this space. The commute along Akurli Road can be a pain with the traffic, but we manage. Most of the people around here know where we are if they need to drop off papers or check on an order. We try to keep things simple. There isn't a whole lot of fluff to what we do. It's just about getting the work done and making sure the supplies are moving like they should. If you are looking for us, look for the Chawl Commetti building, we are in the B block. It's not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but once you see the sign, you’ll know you’re in the right place. We just focus on the daily tasks without much noise.
