Our place is on the ground floor of Urmi Appartment, specifically Flat Number 1. If you are familiar with the area in Dombivili West, we are on Kopar Cross Road, not far from the Kidland School. The mornings are always a bit chaotic because of the school traffic, with kids running around and rickshaws honking right outside our window. We also have the Chidambar Mandir nearby, so the whole street gets very busy during any local festivals or prayer times. Since we are a distribution service for FMCG goods, we have a lot of stuff coming in and out of this ground floor space. It’s not really a traditional office; it feels more like a lived-in apartment that’s been taken over by boxes and paperwork. The walls have a few scuffs from moving crates around, and the floor is just plain stone that’s easy to sweep. We don't have any fancy furniture, just some sturdy tables and a few old chairs that we’ve had for years. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer, so we usually have the ceiling fans on high all day long. Being in Dombivili means we deal with a lot of rain in the middle of the year, and we have to be careful about the boxes near the door when it splashes in. We’ve been operating out of this flat for quite a bit now, and most of the neighbors in Urmi Appartment know us by name. It’s a simple, honest way to run things.
