You can find us in the Lok-Dhara Complex, specifically in the Kailash building over in Kalyan East. We are up on the fourth floor in unit 404. Dealing with property in this part of the world is always interesting. Kalyan is expanding so much, and there’s always a new project starting somewhere nearby. Our day usually involves talking to people about where they want to settle down or what kind of space they need for their business. It’s a lot of listening and trying to match things up. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't go in for fancy decor because we’d rather be out at the actual sites. Netivli is a busy area, and there's a certain energy to it that we like. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with all the local regulations, but we just take it one step at a time. We aren't pushy sellers. We just show what's available and let people make their own minds up. It’s about being straightforward and helping folks navigate the real estate market without too much stress. We’ve been here long enough to know the neighborhood well, and we enjoy being a small part of how the area is growing.
