We are tucked away in the Al-Haq Building at 17 Y.M.C.A Road. Mumbai Central is a very busy area, so there is always a lot of noise outside our windows. West Asia Exp. & Imp. Pvt. Ltd has been here for a long time. Our PIN is 400 008. The office is not very big, and we have boxes and papers stacked in the corners. That is just how the export and import business goes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing on our old computers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Being near the station is handy for getting to work, but the crowds can be a bit much. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. The Al-Haq building has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit worn down. We know the other people in the building and sometimes we stop to chat in the hallway. Mumbai is a tough city to work in sometimes because everything is so fast. We just try to keep up and make sure our shipments are handled correctly. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local business in the heart of Mumbai doing what we know how to do. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours.
