Wel-Lite Electricals & Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is based at 51-A, Lawyers Chambers. We are up on the 3rd floor of the building at 26 Picket Road. It’s an interesting place to be because there are so many legal offices around us. You see a lot of people in black robes in the hallways. Our office is a bit different from the rest, filled with electrical components instead of law books. We’ve been in this space for quite a while now. The 3rd-floor walk-up keeps us moving. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have to store a lot of inventory, but we make it work. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass partitions; it’s more like a busy workshop where things actually get built. We have a few desks pushed together and some heavy-duty shelving. Picket Road is a busy area, and finding parking can be a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for years. We don't have any fancy titles; everyone just chips in where they are needed. We usually have a pot of coffee going and some snacks on the table. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just stay focused on the electrical and electronic work that needs to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a steady life here in Lawyers Chambers, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We've seen a lot of lawyers come and go over the years.
