Wartsila India Ltd

Our place is located at Arihant Hills, specifically Block E, Door No 8. It’s right opposite the SBI Bank on the Mumbai Pune Highway in Shilphata Khopoli. Being on the highway means there is always noise from the trucks and cars going past, but we have gotten used to it. Wartsila India Ltd operates out of this spot in Maharashtra. It’s a convenient location for us because of the road access. The weather in Khopoli can be quite something during the monsoon, sometimes everything gets a bit damp, but the building holds up. We don't have a giant lobby or anything like that. It’s a functional space. People often use the bank across the road as a landmark to find us. We spend our days here dealing with whatever comes across the desk. It’s a straightforward environment. The 410213 area has changed a bit over the years, but we stay put in Block E. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. No one wears suits much unless they have to. We just focus on what needs doing. The highway is always busy, but inside it’s just the usual office sounds. It works for us. We don’t need much else. It's a bit dusty with the road being so close but we just clean it up every morning before the sun gets too high in the sky and the heat starts to settle in.
