Walk In Computer Education

Our little computer center, Walk In Computer Education, is over in Dadar West. We are located in the B wing of a building called Swapna Bhoomi, right on S K Bole Road. If you know where the Portuguese Church is, then you’ve basically found us because we are very close to it. We are in Shop No 2. It’s a small space, but we have enough computers for the people who come in to learn. Dadar is always crowded and the traffic on S K Bole Road can be quite something during peak hours. We’ve been running this place for a while now. It isn’t a fancy institute with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a shop where people can sit down and get some work done on a screen. We have a few staff members who help out. Most of our students are from the neighborhood. They just walk in when they have time, hence the name I guess. Mumbai is a fast place, so we try to keep our setup simple and easy to understand. We don't bother with a lot of marketing talk. We just show people how to use the software and that’s it. The building is older, but it serves the purpose. It’s a plain, honest spot for anyone who wants to pick up some computer skills without making a big fuss about it. We are usually here from morning until the evening every day of the week.
