We’ve been working out of Laxmi Appartment for a while now. It's at Mahad Naka in Khed. People usually know the Gulmohar Park area. We handle things as Wadhwa Devlopers Pvt. Ltd. Bandra (W) Mumbai, though our main office for this part is here in Ratnagiri. The office is at unit 104. It isn't a big fancy place, just where we get the paperwork done and meet folks about local projects. We deal with building stuff and managing the daily grind of construction work. Most days are busy with site visits or just sitting here dealing with phone calls. Khed is a quiet place but there is always something needing to be fixed or built. We have been in the district for some time. It's just us and a couple of guys making sure the projects stay on track. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially during the rains here in Ratnagiri, but we keep at it. If you are looking for the office, just head toward the Mahad Naka side. We are usually around during the day. It's a straightforward operation. We don't have a massive team, just enough to keep things moving. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage everything ourselves. Not much more to say really. We are just a local developer trying to do right by the people who live around here. It keeps us occupied and we like seeing the buildings finally finished after months of hard work.
