We are set up in Chembur, right behind that Chagan Mitha petrol pump on the Sion-Trombay Road. It’s a busy area, lots of noise from the cars going by. Our office is in B3, Anand Nagar. It's a place where we do a lot of the planning and the meeting for our building projects. There are usually blueprints rolled up in the corner and samples of tiles or bricks lying around on the floor. It’s not a showroom; it’s a workspace. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours talking to contractors and people looking for homes. The walls have some photos of the buildings we've finished, but they're a bit faded now. We’ve been part of the Mumbai scene for a while, just trying to get things built right. It’s a lot of back and forth with the site managers and the city offices. Sometimes we stay late because there's just too much to do. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for a long day. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. People know where to find us if they have a question about their flat or a new project starting up. It's just us, working away in the middle of all the Chembur bustle. We try to keep things simple and honest, focusing on the bricks and mortar rather than the flash.
