Our workshop and office are over at the Ansa Industrial Estate on Saki Vihar Road. We are at Door No. B-126/127 in Sakinaka, Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know the traffic around Sakinaka can be a real headache. We’ve spent many hours just waiting for deliveries to arrive through those narrow streets. Wadegati Labequip Pvt. Ltd. is a busy place. We handle all sorts of lab equipment, so there are always crates and bubble wrap everywhere. It’s not a clean, white-walled laboratory itself; it’s more of a place where things get packed, unpacked, and checked over. We have a few desks squeezed into the corners for the billing and the phones. It’s a bit cramped, but we are used to it by now. The fans are always humming to keep the air moving. We don't really have a boss who sits in a private office; we are all just out there on the floor getting things done. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of small parts. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything. People usually find us because they need something specific and they heard we have it. We just try to be fair and get the work done on time. It’s a tiring job sometimes, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels like home. We usually close up shop late when the traffic dies down.
