Vstorm Enterprises is located right on Hill Road in Mumbai, which is always busy with shoppers and traffic. We are in shop G-5 of Rizvi House. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy to find us without having to wander through the whole building. The shop itself is quite small and often filled with boxes of stock. We deal in various enterprise goods and have been here for several years. My cousin helps me out with the daily tasks when things get too busy for one person to handle. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team to go out and get business. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood or others who have heard about us through word of mouth. The light inside the shop could be better, but we have a small fan that keeps us cool enough during the Mumbai summer. We keep our records in some old ledgers and a computer that’s pretty old and slow. It is a very basic operation. We don't use any complicated management systems or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and close up when the sun goes down. Rizvi House is a well-known landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding us. It is just a simple shop where we do our business every day without any fuss. The rent here is quite high because of the location, but being on Hill Road means we see a lot of people.
