Vsnl is where we work, and most of our coordination happens through our contact person, Sandeep Jadhav. We don't have a big physical storefront listed for this particular record, but we stay connected through the email address sandeep_jadhav05@rediffmail.com. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, using a Rediffmail account, but it’s what we’ve used for a long time and it still works for us. We are a small group and we don't really have a lot of fancy infrastructure to talk about. The work is mostly handled digitally or through direct communication with each other. We don't spend money on big office spaces or marketing materials because we don't really need them for the type of work we do. It’s just about getting the tasks finished and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sandeep handles a lot of the incoming stuff. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate goals written down on a wall. It’s just a practical approach to work. We’ve been using this setup for quite a while now. It might seem a little informal to some, but it’s honest and it gets the job done. We just focus on the day-to-day requirements of Vsnl. If someone needs to reach out, that email is the main way we keep in touch. It’s simple, no-nonsense, and works for our small team. We just keep going like this, day by day, without making it complicated. It's just easier that way.
