We are based in the Sitaram Building, at Shop F-3 on Market Road. This is right in the heart of the Crawford Market area in Mumbai, just opposite Palton Road. If you have ever been to Crawford Market, you know how crowded and loud it can be with all the vendors and shoppers. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We work as a travel agency, mainly focusing on bus bookings and helping people get their travel plans sorted out. The office is a functional space, filled with the sound of the market and the constant ringing of the phone. We do not have any fancy glass partitions or expensive furniture. It is just a place where we do our work and talk to our customers face to face. Many people who work in the market come to us to book their tickets because they know we are right there and we understand how things work. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone not used to the area, but for us, it is just home. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure people get on the right buses for their journeys. It is a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. We are not a big fancy agency, just a local spot where you can get your travel needs handled quickly.
