You can find us on the first floor at J 3/20, over in Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar. New Delhi is a big city, but we’ve made our little corner here work for us. We handle logistics for the Asia Pacific region from this specific office. It’s mostly about coordinating things over the phone and computer all day. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, and the building is nothing special to look at from the street. Inside, it is just us and a lot of logistics data on our screens. We don't bother with fancy decor or expensive furniture. We spend our time looking at schedules and making sure things are moving across different borders. It can get stressful when a shipment gets stuck, but that is just part of the job we do. We aren't here to give sales pitches or talk about grand visions for the future. We are just here to do the work that needs doing. The team is quite small, and we’ve all been in the industry for a while now. We know how things work in this part of Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the backup generator. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our business. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while, and we’ve seen plenty of other businesses come and go around us. We just keep doing what we do.
