Voltas Limited

We are based out of Abu Dhabi, using P.O. Box 25513 for our main correspondence. Being in the UAE means we are right in the middle of a very fast-moving environment. The heat here is something else, so a lot of our work naturally revolves around making sure things stay cool and functional. We don't have a traditional walk-in shop that you might see on a high street; it’s more of a hub for our operations across the city. The staff here is a mix of people from different places, which is pretty common for Abu Dhabi. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails, coordinating between different sites. It can get pretty intense when the temperatures spike and everyone needs something at the same time. We don't really do the whole polished corporate image thing. We're more concerned with making sure the logistics work and the parts get where they need to go. The office is a practical space, filled with files and the hum of the air conditioner. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. We’ve learned how to navigate the local systems and how to get things done in this part of the world. It’s a lot of coordination and steady effort. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily workload as it comes through our P.O. Box and onto our desks. It’s just how it is here.
