Vk-21 Realty Llp

We are based in Nariman Point, right in the middle of all the bustle. Our office is A 103A on the 10th floor of the A Wing in Mittal Tower. It is a busy place, and the elevators are almost always full of people going to different floors. Vk-21 Realty Llp is just a small team of us working from this space. We handle real estate matters, mostly things like property documents and talking to people about leases or plots of land. Being on the 10th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are mostly looking at other buildings. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We don’t have anything fancy in here, just the usual desks, chairs, and a few filing cabinets that are starting to get full. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the traffic down on Barrister Rajani Patel Marg, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We just try to get through our work every day. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. Most of our time is spent checking details and making sure everything is in order for the folks who come to see us. We are just a local realty office trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss. The morning usually starts with a quick tea and then we dive into the files. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish. It’s just the way it goes here at Plot 210.
