You can find us on the first floor of 19 V.V. Chandan Street, over in the Vadgadi area. If you know that part of town, you know it’s famous for chemicals and trading. It’s a very busy, narrow street where you have to dodge handcarts and people carrying boxes all day long. Our office at number 11 is where we handle all the Vital Bio-Systems stuff. It’s mostly desks, computers, and shelves filled with technical manuals and sample kits. We deal with a lot of biological systems and lab equipment, so there’s a lot of specialized knowledge floating around the room. It’s not a laboratory itself, more of the hub where we manage the sales and the logistics of getting things to hospitals or labs. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it’s home for us. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time checking shipping labels. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy. People who need our systems usually know exactly who to ask for. The noise from the street is constant, but once you’re inside, we just focus on the work. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a technical question, even if it takes us a minute to find the right file.
