Vita Fertility Clinic

Our clinic is at No. 29 E Maharshi Karve Road. If you know the Charni Road Station area, we are right opposite there. It’s a very loud part of town because of the trains and the crowds constantly moving back and forth. You can hear the announcements from the station sometimes if the window is open. Vita Fertility Clinic is on the ground floor, so people don’t have to climb too many stairs. We get a lot of couples coming in who look a bit stressed. We just give them a place to sit and try to get to them quickly. The office is a bit old-fashioned in its layout, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone booking appointments and talking to labs. Since we are so close to Charni Road Station, people find it easy to get here by train, but parking a car is almost impossible. We usually tell people to just take the local. The tea stall nearby is where we get our morning drinks. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the desk to filing the medical papers. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the patients are taken care of without making a big deal out of it. It’s just our regular work life in this busy part of Mumbai. Sometimes the rains make the roof leak a bit, but we just put a bucket under it and keep going.
