In the middle of Mumbai, specifically in the 400 057 zip code area, which is around Vile Parle, you’ll find Vision Collaborative. We do a mix of things like architecture, interior design, and execution. Mumbai is a city where every inch of space matters, and we spend most of our time trying to make sense of that. Our office is a bit of a creative mess. There are fabric swatches, wood samples, and sketches scattered across almost every flat surface. We don't have a polished showroom because we are usually too busy working on the actual designs or being out on a dusty site somewhere in Maharashtra. It is a hands-on job. We deal with contractors, plumbers, and clients all day long. Sometimes the designs change five times before we even start building, and that’s just part of the process. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who enjoy the challenge of making a space look right. We don't use big words to explain our work. We just show up, take the measurements, and try to figure out a way to fit everything in. The execution side is probably the hardest part, dealing with the heat and the delays, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of this city. It is a constant grind, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
