We are based in Worli, at Number 69 on the second floor of the Municipal Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity and noise around us. You can hear machinery and the sounds of people moving heavy things in the other units. Our space is quite large because we need the room for our materials and the various tools we use. It is not a clean or quiet office like you might find in a corporate building. There is usually some sawdust or bits of metal around, and the floor is a bit worn down from years of use. We have a small area with a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork and talk to people who come by. The air in the estate is often thick with the smell of work and industry. We have been in this Worli location for a long time and it suits us perfectly. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep and the lighting could be better, but it is where we do our work. We don't have a sign that glows at night, just the name on the door. It is a place for hard work and not much else. Most of the time, we are too busy to worry about how the place looks to outsiders or visitors.
