Our office is on the 5th floor of Vyapar Bhawan, which is at 49 P D'Mello Road in the Carnac Bunder area. It is a very busy part of Mumbai near the docks. You can always hear the trucks and the heavy traffic outside. We are Vishwa Nirman Impex LLP. We have been in this building for some time now. It is a place where a lot of traders and agents have their offices. The building is quite old and the elevators can be a bit moody sometimes. We spend our days dealing with import and export matters. It is a lot of back-and-forth with customs and shipping lines. The office is usually a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, but we do not mind. We have a small team and we all just pitch in where needed. There is no corporate hierarchy here; we just work together to get the shipments cleared. Lunch is usually something we order from the local places around Carnac Bunder. It is a tough area to work in because of the heat and the noise, but it is where the business is. We do not have any flashy signs or modern decor. It is just a functional space with desks and filing cabinets. We focus on getting the cargo moving. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now.
