We’re located up on the ninth floor of DLH Park. It’s a big building on S.V. Road in Goregaon West. If you’ve ever been stuck in that S.V. Road traffic, you know exactly where we are. Virchow Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. isn’t a factory; it’s more of the brains and the paperwork side of things. We have a lot of computers, desks, and people on the phone. From our window, you can see the city stretching out, which is nice when you need a break from looking at spreadsheets. We handle a lot of the distribution and marketing stuff for healthcare products. It’s mostly about making sure the right shipments go to the right hospitals or stores. The elevators in DLH Park can be slow in the morning, so we usually end up chatting with people from the other offices while we wait. It’s a professional space but we keep it pretty relaxed inside. We don’t have a dress code or anything, just people trying to get their work done. Sometimes we stay late when a big order is going out, ordering food to the office. It’s a lot of coordination. Being in Goregaon makes it easy to meet people, but the commute is always a topic of conversation. We just keep pushing papers and making calls to keep the healthcare supply moving along. That is just how our office life goes.
