VIRACH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is located on Balaji Mill Road in Miraj. We are specifically at CS No 1146/A in the North Shivaji Nagar area. It is a busy part of Sangli, but our office stays relatively quiet once you step inside. The building is older and has a lot of character. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards. It is not a modern office by any means. There are no glass walls or bright lights. We use regular tube lights and keep the windows open for fresh air. Sometimes the dust from the road comes in, so we have to wipe the tables often. We have a small staff and everyone knows each other well. There is no formal hierarchy here. We just talk across the room if we need something. There is a lot of other shops and small businesses nearby. You can find almost anything you need within walking distance. We usually eat our lunch together at the main table. It is a very casual environment. We don't spend money on making the place look polished. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Miraj is a good place to work because things move at a decent pace. It is not too fast and not too slow. We have been at this address for a while and it feels like home now. There is a patch of grass near the entrance that we should probably trim soon.
