Our office is in the Civic Center, right on Naigaon Cross Road in Dadar East. It is B 113 on the first floor, just across from Sunshine Plaza. If you know Dadar, you know how crowded it gets near the station and the markets. We are Vinod Impex LLP. We deal with trading and moving goods around. The office is not anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of tea cups. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing out emails. It is a lot of coordination with suppliers and customers. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, even when it is hot. We like being in Dadar because it is central, making it easier for people to reach us. The building itself is an older one, so there is always some maintenance work going on somewhere. We have a small team here. We do not really do big meetings; we just talk across the room to get things sorted. It is a practical way to work. Some days are slow, but usually, we are rushing to meet some deadline. We are not using any high-tech systems, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors all know us. It feels like a small community inside the building. We just keep doing our thing every day.
