You can find us on the first floor of Shanti Industrial Estate in Mulund West. It’s a busy industrial area, so there is always some noise from the other units and trucks coming in and out. We’ve been in unit B 153 for a while now. It’s a pharmaceutical business, which means we spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and making sure the stock is where it should be. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we’re used to it. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and a lot of boxes. Mulund West is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the transport to get in. We have a small team here. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the daily grind of managing pharma supplies. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the generator. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else in the building. We grab tea from the stall downstairs most mornings and have a quick chat with the other workers. It’s a straightforward life here. We focus on getting the orders out on time and keeping the records straight. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. We don't have a big corporate feel, just a regular workplace in an industrial estate. We like the rhythm of the place and the people we work with every day.
