Soni Tools

Soni Tools is on the second floor of Ram Niwas, which is at A-8 on Dadabhai Road. We are right in Vile Parle West. It’s a busy neighborhood, and being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, though not entirely. Ram Niwas is an older building, but it has a lot of character. We’ve been here for a long time. People in Vile Parle know where Dadabhai Road is, so finding us isn't usually too hard. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of tools and paperwork everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly filed away in a computer. We still use a lot of notebooks and physical lists. Soni Tools is a small operation. We know our customers by their first names often. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us handling the orders and talking to people who walk in. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if we have heavy things to move, but we manage. We like being in this part of town. There are good places to eat nearby, and it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to expand into some giant company. We just want to keep the shop running and help out the folks who need tools.
