A Roshma Pet Plast

We've been down here in the basement of Lachwad Building for a while now. It's on South Pond Road, right in Vile Parle West. Sometimes it gets a bit stuffy because we're below ground level, but we keep the fans going all day to keep the air moving properly. It’s mostly just us handling the plastic stuff and making sure orders get moved out on time. The street outside is always busy with people going to the station or just walking around Vile Parle. We deal with pet plastic things, mostly bottles and jars that people need for their own small businesses. It isn't fancy work, just regular daily tasks like counting stock and loading up bags. The stairs coming down to the basement are a bit steep and narrow, so we always tell people to watch their step. There’s a lot of boxes everywhere, stacked up to the ceiling in some corners. Sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room, but we manage to fit everything in by being careful with the space. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad on South Pond Road. It’s a bit of a maze in here with all the bags and containers waiting for delivery. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get hectic. We don't have a big sign outside, just the one near the entrance that’s a bit faded from the rain. It's a simple setup. Most people who come here know us from the neighborhood already. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and moving pallets around. Vile Parle has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it.
