Our place is at Plot No 35 in Chandivili Village, which is part of Andheri East. We are situated near Gaytri Society, just off Saki Vihar Road. Being in Andheri East means we are in one of the busiest parts of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and movement. We deal in safety equipment like helmets, boots, and fire suits. Our building is more of a warehouse than a fancy office. Most of the space is taken up by high shelves filled with boxes of gear. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for everything. We have a small office area tucked away in the back where we handle the billing and phone calls. It is a no-frills environment. We have been here for a long time and have seen many businesses come and go in the neighborhood. The humidity in Mumbai can be tough, especially when we are moving heavy crates around, but we just get on with it. We do not have a polished sales team; usually, it is just one of us answering the phone or talking to customers who come by. People know they can find us here if they need gear for their work sites. We try to keep a good stock of the basics so that we can help people out quickly. It is honest, physical work that keeps the warehouse humming throughout the week.
