Our office is situated in Malad West, right in the Kemp Plaza building at Mind Space. We are in unit B-205. If you know Mind Space, you know it’s a huge area with tons of businesses and offices everywhere. It can be a bit overwhelming with all the people, but it’s a good spot for a pharma company like ours. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten used to the pace of the area. Our office itself is quite simple. We have our desks, our files, and samples of the products we deal with. We don't have any expensive decorations or a big board of directors. We are just a small team of people who know the pharmaceutical business well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the computer, coordinating between the manufacturers and the pharmacies. Malad is a busy place, and getting here can be a struggle during rush hour, but it’s worth it for the connections we have. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a marketing team. We just focus on the logistics of getting medicines where they need to go. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time. We try to keep things honest and straightforward with everyone we work with. It’s a practical business in a fast-paced part of Mumbai, and we’re happy to be doing our part.
