Victory Containers Terminus

Victory Containers Terminus is situated on Sion Trombay Road in Chembur, right near Suman Nagar and across from the Bezzola Complex. It’s a big, open area because you need a lot of space when you’re dealing with containers. We spend most of our days outside or in the small office on-site, keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s heading out. The traffic on Sion Trombay Road is usually heavy, so there’s a constant sound of trucks and cars in the background. It’s a gritty kind of job, dealing with heavy metal and logistics, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything; it’s just a yard and an office where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the rains, but the work has to move forward anyway. We’ve been in Chembur for quite a while now. Most people know the landmark of Suman Nagar, so finding us isn’t too hard. We aren't here to give sales pitches or use corporate lingo. We just move containers and make sure they are where they need to be. It's a lot of coordination and watching the gates. The team here is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how each other works. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s an important one for the area, and we take it one day at a time. There's always coffee in the office and the smell of diesel in the air. That's just our normal.
