If you find yourself near the Oshiwara Bus Depot in Goregaon West, you’re basically right at our doorstep. Vibha Natural Products Ltd operates out of Office No 155 in the D Wing of Mahesh Society in the Oshiwar area. It’s one of those older buildings where everyone knows each other by face. We’ve been focusing on herbal and natural items for a long time. The office is usually smelling like different extracts and powders, which is a bit different from the usual city smells outside. It’s a busy area, especially with the buses coming and going all day long. Getting through the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache, but once you’re inside the society, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a massive corporate team with suits; we are just a bunch of people who know a lot about plants and health products. Most of the desks are covered in jars and labels. We spend a lot of time checking quality because that's what matters in this line of work. Lunch breaks are usually spent chatting about local news or whatever is happening in the market. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business in a part of Mumbai that never really stops moving. We just focus on the products we make for our customers.
