Verde Olive

You can find Verde Olive over in Lower Parel at Shop No 30 & 31. We are located on Senapati Bapat Marg, right across from Phoenix Tower. This part of Mumbai is always moving, with all the offices, the traffic, and the big malls nearby. Our shop is a bit of a break from all that chaos. We have two units joined together, so there’s a decent amount of space to move around inside. We spend our time looking after the stock and chatting with people who wander in after they finish work. It can get quite crowded in the evenings when the nearby offices let out for the day. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just wanted to open a place in a good, central part of town. The noise from the street is pretty much constant, but you get used to it after a while. We keep the lights a bit soft and try to keep the shelves organized. It’s a practical business for us. We see a lot of people who work in the tall towers nearby. It’s always interesting to see who comes through the door every day. We aren't a big chain, just this one spot in Lower Parel. Sometimes we rearrange the whole shop on a Sunday just to change things up. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps things interesting for us and the visitors.
