Venus Exim Corporation

We have our office at 306, Chheda Bhavan, which is right at 98 Surat Street in the Masjid East area. If you’ve ever been around here, you know how busy it gets. There are trucks everywhere and people carrying big loads on their backs all day long. Venus Exim Corporation has been in this spot for a good while. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a solid, older building where we do our trading work. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a climb to the third floor. The office itself is full of files and old desks. We handle exports and imports, mostly just making sure the paperwork is right so things don't get stuck at the port. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. It’s just us. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the mess of papers that seems to grow every week. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, even if it’s a bit dusty and loud. We’ve grown used to the shouting of the vendors outside. It’s just the way things are in Masjid East. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else around here. It’s practical work for practical people.
